New Guideline for Restoring Key Field Bunds, Pakistan

After the 2022 floods in Pakistan highlighted the urgent need for rehabilitation, the Asian Development Bank (ADB)’s Emergency Flood Action Program (EFAP) has supported the development of a new guideline for restoring key field bunds.

This guideline paves the way to strengthen bunds that define and support spate-irrigated fields, enhancing water control and storage capacity for long-term resilence.
