Our Path Ahead: MetaMeta Plans the Future

MetaMeta recently held a two-day Business Strategy Retreat to focus on the organization's future direction and growth, following its integration into the GOPA Consulting Group. The event hosted team members from the offices in Ethiopia, Nepal, Yemen, Turkey and Kenya and representatives from GOPA ADC and the GOPA Consulting Group.

In the retreat, the team had a platform for sharing ideas, strengthening collaboration, and exploring new opportunities to upscale MetaMeta's impact. Colleagues also reflect and discuss strategies to further strengthen the positioning and impact of MetaMeta across multiple thematic areas of water management, landscape management, regenerative agriculture, green roads, disaster risk management and beyon.This bottom up approach to strategic business planning is a reflection of MetaMeta's long commitment to participatory and community-led projects.
